Where it began
From a very young age I would spend most Saturday's with my Grandad in his shed, watching, learning and developing a passion for woodworking. This is where it all began.
Since then I've been fortunate enough to be able to turn this passion into a career and Wood & Bear was created. A family run business creating beautiful bespoke handmade furniture and homeware.
Fully bespoke from design to build
We are passionate about turning your idea or vision into a truly unique piece of bespoke furniture. We understand the struggle that can arise with furniture shopping, trying to find that perfect piece that fits into your space ‘as if it was made for it’. We will work with you from initial idea through design, agreeing every element from materials used, specification and the desired finish, ensuring we craft your vision into a piece of bespoke furniture that you will love. The brief for each project is as unique as the furniture itself, it could be a simple sketch, a set of measurements, or even a mood board.
